Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Griffiths Motors Sales & Car Rentals Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2. Definitions

"Affiliate" refers to the individual or entity that has submitted an application and been accepted to participate in the Affiliate Program.

"Affiliate Program" refers to the program operated by Griffiths Motors that allows Affiliates to earn commissions for referring customers.

"Commission" refers to the amount paid to Affiliates for qualified referrals according to the terms specified in this agreement.

3. Enrollment and Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Submit a complete and accurate application
• Pay the yearly subscription fee of JMD 20,000 or JMD 10,000 for a 6 month subscription
• Have a valid Jamaican Tax Registration Number (TRN)
• Provide valid banking details for commission payments

Griffiths Motors reserves the right to reject any application or terminate any Affiliate's participation in the program at its sole discretion.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn commissions on qualified sales referred through their unique affiliate links. Commission rates are as follows:

• Standard commission rate: JMD 10,000 per vehicle sale

Commissions will only be paid on completed sales after any applicable return period has expired and payment has been received in full by Griffiths Motors.

5. Tracking and Payment

Qualified referrals will be tracked through unique affiliate links provided to each Affiliate. Payments will be processed as follows:

• Commission payments are made on the 15th of each month for the previous month's sales
• Minimum payment threshold: JMD 10,000
• Payments are made via bank transfer to the account provided during registration
• Commissions not meeting the minimum threshold will roll over to the next payment period

6. Affiliate Obligations

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

• Accurately represent Griffiths Motors and its products
• Not engage in any deceptive or misleading marketing practices
• Not engage in spamming or unauthorized mass emailing
• Not bid on Griffiths Motors trademark terms in search engines
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of your affiliate account information

7. Term and Termination

This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Termination may occur:

• Immediately upon written notice by either party
• Automatically if the Affiliate violates any terms of this agreement
• After 12 months of inactivity in the Affiliate account

Upon termination, all rights granted under this agreement will immediately terminate, and you will forfeit all unpaid commissions under JMD 10,000.

8. Limitation of Liability

Griffiths Motors will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of this agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Modifications

Griffiths Motors reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting to the Affiliate Program website. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamaica.
