Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Griffiths Motors Sales & Car Rentals Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Enrollment and Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Submit a complete and accurate application
• Have a valid Jamaican Tax Registration Number (TRN)
• Upload a valid government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver's licence) for identity verification
• Provide valid banking details to receive commission payments

Griffiths Motors reserves the right to reject any application or terminate any Affiliate's participation in the program at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn commissions on qualified sales referred through their unique affiliate links. Commission rates are as follows:

• Standard commission rate: JMD 10,000 per vehicle sale

Commissions will only be paid on completed sales after any applicable return period has expired and payment has been received in full by Griffiths Motors.

4. Tracking and Payment

Qualified referrals are tracked through your unique affiliate link. When you have available commissions, you can request a withdrawal at any time from your affiliate dashboard. Payments are made via bank transfer using the details you provide with your request, and processed by our finance team.

5. Affiliate Obligations

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

• Accurately represent Griffiths Motors and its products
• Not engage in any deceptive or misleading marketing practices
• Not engage in spamming or unauthorized mass emailing
• Not run paid search ads on Griffiths Motors brand keywords
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of your affiliate account information

6. Term and Termination

This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Termination may occur immediately upon written notice by either party, or automatically if the Affiliate violates any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted under this agreement end.

7. Limitation of Liability

Griffiths Motors will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of this agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the current version, and we will notify you of material changes by email.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamaica.
